Introduced OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro

OnePlus announced the flagship line of smartphones OnePlus 8. There are only two versions of smartphones: the usual OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro.

The design has remained virtually unchanged. Two versions have a hole in the display for the front camera with a resolution of 16 megapixels. In the Pro version, the main camera has four modules: 48 megapixel Sony IMX689, 48 megapixel wide-angle, “telephoto” with triple optical with 30x hybrid zoom and color filter. Simpler features are again in the base model - a triple camera with 48 megapixels, 16 megapixels and a macro camera.

In the usual OnePlus 8 there is no wireless charging, protection against water and dust, but the OnePlus 8 Pro has 30 W Qi-charging support and IP68 protection.

Both devices work on the Snapdragon 865 processor. OnePlus 8 has a 6.55-inch display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. OnePlus 8 Pro has more serious parameters. There is a 6.78-inch display with a resolution of 3168 x 1440 pixels and HDR10 +.

Both new products have 8/12 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of internal read-only memory. The battery capacity of the base model is only 4300 mAh, the oldest - 4510 mAh. Both models support fast 30-watt charging.

OnePlus 8 Pro is available in black, blue and green, OnePlus 8 is available in black, green and pearl. The cost of OnePlus 8 starts at $ 700, and OnePlus 8 Pro will cost $ 900. Sales will begin on April 21.
